3. Project management skills: Familiar with project management processes, capable of independent delivery, debugging, and grid connection, with PMP or one key, engineer certification or similar qualifications preferred.
4. Technical background: Proficient in 3S and debugging related technologies for energy storage systems (such as lithium battery compartments, BMS, PCS, EMS, etc.).
5. Language proficiency: Fluent English communication skills.
6. Problem solving ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make decisions under pressure.
7. Able to adapt to international business trips. Bonus points: Familiar with international energy storage market and grid requirements, grid connection procedures, and relevant regulations. Have experience in managing overseas clients.
